C-RISPVS NOB CAES Laureate and cuirassed bust of Crispus to left, seen from behind, holding spear in his right hand and shield with his left. Rev. VOT X / ET XV F / R ЄΡⲰC P in three lines within wreath. RIC 204. Extremely rare, one of three known examples and the only one in private hands. Light cleaning scratches, otherwise, good very fine.

The coins for Crispus with this reverse type are exceedingly rare, with a total of six examples known, of which only two in private hands, both in the Ramskold Collection.
